You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use Sell2Phone. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

• The device offered for sale must be legally owned by you and free from any lien, loan, or third-party claim.
• Stolen, blacklisted, or IMEI-tampered devices are strictly ineligible and will be reported to authorities.
• You must be able to produce valid KYC documents on request.
• Sell2Phone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that violates these eligibility terms.

A physical inspection is conducted by our authorised agent at the time of pickup. The inspection assesses screen, body, functionality, battery health, accessories, and any reported defects. Sell2Phone's inspection findings are final for pricing purposes.

• The initial quote generated on our website is indicative and based on the details you provide.
• The final offer is confirmed only after physical inspection at pickup.
• If the inspected condition differs from what you declared, the final offer may be revised.
• You have the right to accept or decline the revised offer. If declined, the device will be returned to you at no cost.

Our pickup agents operate within scheduled slots in serviceable pincodes. You are responsible for backing up and factory-resetting your device, removing all accounts (such as Google or iCloud), and ensuring the device is available at the confirmed address.

• Payments are made through UPI or NEFT/IMPS bank transfer once you accept the final offer and complete OTP verification at pickup.
• Payments are typically credited within 10 minutes, subject to bank and network processing times.
• Sell2Phone is not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by you.

• Provide truthful information about the device, its condition, and ownership.
• Back up personal data and remove SIM cards, memory cards, and linked accounts before pickup.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Sell2Phone platform.
• Cooperate with our KYC and verification procedures.

All content on the Sell2Phone website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, pricing algorithms, and software, is the property of Sell2Phone or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sell2Phone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the final offer amount paid or payable for the relevant transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi.
